Hello, I have a problem with magento checkout redirection, I make the purchase step by step normally, but when I go to Checkout, it keeps me on the checkout screen and does not redirect to success but the order is created successfully , in the backend, I use magento 1.9
I have already looked at the magento and server log and both do not point at all.
When checking the site request, the SAVE_ORDER function (which should redirect to a successful page) returns with the error "Error 521 Ray ID - Web server is down- As a result, the web page is not displaying. " {"success": true, "error": false, "redirect": "/ checkout / onepage / success"}
But if you type in the domain / checkout / onepage / success, the page appears normal.
Someone could give me a light on how to fix this error.
