I've always had this doubt, but now I need it. Is there any free script or some website, or simply a name of these BOX where we can wrap the message with bold, links, citations codes etc? like the one I'm using to type here.

Yes, there are free text editors to use in your projects.

One of them is CKeditor , a free, open source text editor. Take a look at the documentation and see if it fits your needs.
