Which programming language uses this Syntax?

I would like to know which language uses this syntax? It was inside a <h1> HTML tag.

The files are mostly saved in HTML, and I need to use PHP to connect to SQL Server to pull the data from the tables that will be displayed on the site, but when I save the file in PHP it does not open anything. / p>

There are several languages (in fact, template tools) that use this notation:

Note that all of them are templating tools. They are often optimized to generate HTML code. Most of them run on top of Javascript.
