String conversion to BigDecimal is giving error and method does not save [closed]

I'm making a video system and on my category screen a field called value to save the value of my category. I was able to do the conversion from String to BigDecimal using the following methods: ToString, DecimalFormat, StringBigInteger, valueof, BigDecimal and ToPlainString but most of the error and does not save the value of my category!

Code:
