Invalid ssl certificate when accessed by mobile browsers

1

I set up the ssl certificates on Amazon's Ec2 server for the company sites where I work and the desktop is perfect. But when accessed by mobile phone, https turns red and the browser says the certificate is invalid. This problem does not occur on the desktop. Has anyone ever had anything like this and can you tell me why?

In chrome for example it appears:

YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT INDIVIDUAL NET :: ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

After several searches, I have found that the certificate purchased and signed by the Rapdssl certification authority is not compatible with mobile devices. Rapidssl itself informs and sells only GeoTrust licensed to use the same digital certificate for unlimited servers at no additional cost and compatible with mobile devices . That is, I have to change the current certificate to be signed by GeoTrust. Only then will it have valid recognition on mobile devices.
