Fill DropDowList with data from another screen [closed]

I have a time zone screen where I have the fields name of time zone, utc and daylight saving time only, it is working perfectly. only I have to create another screen "timezone period" with three fields the name of the time zone already registered and the start and end date. I can not get the time zone name for my drodowlist. would like help pf
