Can I create columns with formula? Excel

1

Good afternoon. I want to know if it is possible to create a column with function / formula (when we use the = symbol)? In the same way that we use in many functions, type = SE, = CONT.SE, = PROCV ...

If it is possible, how can I do this? Because I have a spreadsheet that at one point, I want to put this, supposed function / formula, writing how many columns I want to add, before finalizing the worksheet. Because the values that fill these columns, they vary. I was thinking of a cell, if that's possible. And after writing the number, automatically create the same number of columns, according to the number I wrote.

Example, I wrote 2, create two columns. I wrote 23, create 23 columns ..
