Back where it was (VideoClub)

Hello, I'm creating a mini video club, and I wanted to implement a system that if the user is watching a movie and if they close the page and re-enter, have a button to continue where they left off (such as also exists in NETFLIX) but I do not know how to save the moment where the user was before closing. I'm doing this in PHP, JavaScript (JQUERY), HTML (The movie player is with the HTML5 video tag)
