Problem with background animate + css

Well as you can see in img, anything I put inside the header or body appears in the footer or top of the page how do I leave this animate background as 100% background?

Problem of fluidity of the elements. The header will appear below canvas because it comes after.

Solve this by removing the canvas of fluency with position: absolute , so it will be fixed on the page. And add position: relative and z-index: 1 to header so it does not fall below canvas :
