CSS effects are not working

1

The code below is functional, the classes are added without problems, but I see that when I inspect the elements, I can see that the page, already loaded, contains the classes included in their respective elements, but the effects do not occur. p>

I think it's because the html is loading before or something like that .. does anyone know how to solve it?

Note: I'm a beginner in

Code:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
    <meta charset="UTF-8">
    <title>jQuery</title>
    <script src="jquery-3.2.1.min.js"> </script>
     <link href="css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet">
    <link href="css/style.css" rel="stylesheet">

</head>
<body>

<script>
    $(document).ready(function() {

         $("button").addClass("animated bounce");
  $(".text-primary").addClass("animated shake");
  $(".well").addClass("animated shake");

  $("#target3").addClass('fadeOut');

    });

    </script>

<!-- Only change code above this line. -->

<div class="container-fluid">
  <h3 class="text-primary text-center">jQuery Playground</h3>
  <div class="row">
    <div class="col-xs-6">
      <h4>#left-well</h4>
      <div class="well" id="left-well">
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target1">#target1</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target2">#target2</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target3">#target3</button>
      </div>
    </div>
    <div class="col-xs-6">
      <h4>#right-well</h4>
      <div class="well" id="right-well">
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target4">#target4</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target5">#target5</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target6">#target6</button>
      </div>
    </div>
  </div>
</div>

</body>
</html>

Justification

Natively, jQuery and Bootstrap by themselves do not have animations that can only be performed by adding a class, however there is a CSS called Animate which allows you to perform this type of animation only by including the class in this way you want.

Example

Follow the example that I created in jsFiddle with the animations running normally, after I included Animate.

Observations

To include the animate in your project, just include the CDN:

<link rel="stylesheet"
  href="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/animate.css/3.5.2/animate.min.css">

This link may be outdated, so I suggest you look up the CDN directly from the Animate github page
