How to get traffic information in real time, like Waze? [closed]

I can enable traffic density on the entire map using setTrafficEnabled(true) , as shown here:

I would like to provide other information (accidents, blitz, etc.) in GoogleMaps v2 in the same way as I get the distance and the estimated time to go through a certain route (using api directions).
