Your version of Construct 2 is old and does not have a multiplayer engine.
The multiplayer engine was included in the version: r164
The solution is you upgrade to a newer version.
Verify that your version is commercial (Personal or Business) because, according to the Scirra website , the free version does not allow the development of multiplayer games.
