jquery Intellisense does not work in VS2015 Community

I can not make it work at all.

My _references.js

However, when I am in View doing some jQuery code intellisense does not work. Can anyone help me?

Possibly you have updated something and the cache has been lost. Perform the following steps: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\devenv /updateconfiguration
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE\devenv /clearcache
