Load Balancer. Error Leaves OutOfService Instances

Good evening.

Does anyone have an idea what it can be?

I have an LB with these errors:

(both instances)

Instance OutOfService

(in both zones)

Availability Zone Healthy?

No (Availability Zone contains no healthy targets)
