Error inserting highlighted image and into Wordpress media

I'm trying to insert images into wordpress media, and in highlighted images, however, regardless of whether the file is too small or too large, when loading, returns me an error message "Error sending, please try again later." What should I do to fix this?

It is being run on a Dream Host server. Note: I have another Wordpress site in the same domain, and it accepts images normally.

To those who encountered problems in the function file, I found the solution to my problem by forcing my file to start the tag I believe that some character has prevented wordpress from reading this file, thus barring me when inserting or viewing files in the media.
