Is it possible to select a video card?

I want to create a small web program where I need to select a video card.

It is software for displaying music on a projector. As the PC will have two cards one will only be to show on the projector.

Now that they are:

• The system must be Web because it will be linked to an existing project.

• Is it possible to do this magic ... rsrsrs?

This is a windows version, but the idea is similar, where it is in red I will not use it.
