How to upload images without the URLBASE (localhost)?

I need to upload images from my PC to a site's manuals using a localhost + folder path that the images will be saved on my PC, but the problem is that when I open the site the images are not loaded . It would have to upload so that the PC that opened the site, does not have apache and PHP installed. Does anyone know how?
