I don't understand your question. If you are referring to some version of Windows you need to use a virtual machine for this. You can use VirtualBox which is very intuitive, simple and also free.
VirtualBox is in most Linux repositories. I've never used CentOS but I imagine it's there too.

I agree. Install VirtualBox. It's the easiest and CentOS with some graphical desktop. That way vb is managed like in Windows
