I use Microsoft Edge to read epub files.

Microsoft Edge comes installed with Windows. So you don't need to install any separate application to read epub files on a Windows PC.

Edge reads epub files very well. It can also play the book as audio. The night mode function is also available.

Read epub files is the only reason I use MS Edge. I don't use it as a browser. Firefox is my default browser.
