I think that none, that's why since 1998 in my house there is no computer with windows installed, although I suppose that the defects that I see is because I'm used to work with Gnu-Linux (debian in particular) and to work with Windows I must work in another way, I guess that happens the other way around, I got fed up with crashes and antivirus and switched to Gnu-Linux, I really like the free software as a principle

Actualmente el Windows 8.1. Pero la tendencia actual y mejoras hacen que sea Windows 10. Si lo acompañas con un disco duro SSD vuela. Más información discos SSD para Windows.
