Both would be fine but if you can only 1 it is more important the ram because you use a lot of it running the Android emulator which will allow you to test the apps you are developing. But in general you will always need a good processor, plenty of ram and a decent SSD to be able to test your apps without lags.
Android Studio is developed in Java and works very slow, try to increase ram and add ssd and worked much better but the problem was when loading the Android emulator, there was no way to program because it ate all the Ram and slowed down even the mouse, I improved something with the Genymotion emulator but finally I ended up connecting a physical device and end of problem, I do not know if it will be your case if you use emulator but I comment in case you are looking elsewhere, I also changed the editor by Visual studio code and now works all 10.
