How can I see the missed calls my phone has received while it was turned off or out of range?

If it was turned off or had no coverage it is impossible that you can see the missed calls.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IS THAT THE PERSON CALLING YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE TELLING THEM THE PERSON YOU CALLED IS NOW AVAILABLE.
I really don't think that's possible because the phone is switched off or out of coverage and the calls don't even come into your phone.
The only way I can think of to find out if you have been called is to contact your operator and see if they have dialled your phone and that's it...
It's not even possible to call you back.
This does not depend on the phone, it depends on the cellular system. Some of them update the call log when you turn the phone on. Those that don't, so you can't see them.
