I've only included it once in my CV and I don't really think it makes a difference, I think it's better to have something in your github

As part of your academic preparation, what skills, competencies or aptitudes did you learn?
Was Android basic, how did you develop it, what do you plan to use it for?

No idea, I don't know what you're talking about, I've never used it, I was really wanted, I don't think I've ever written a CV in my life, (it was a different time) and in the ones I've read, I don't remember reading anything like that.

I understand that you want to know how to sell the usefulness or benefit of having taken a basic android nanodegree course in a CV?
If so, you should focus or orient your writing by emphasising how valuable it was to have taken the course(s) and that because of their effectiveness they allowed you to design a project or some important development for which you have received multiple awards. In this sense, you should highlight your courses and training.

You could put it in a section called Professional Training or Professional Courses

I would put it in projects. Explain what it's about, how you executed it and what you learned from it ### plus a link if you think it's worth a look.
I'd put it in projects.

It is not included
You simply say that you have learned the course freely
To say Udemy is not appropriate

In the Curriculum Vitae when describing your professional skills and competences, if you have taken an udacity nanodegree on your training in a certain subject or technical knowledge, you pick it up and quote it in the CV.
