It is not possible, iOS is a closed and proprietary Apple system, they do not allow installation of their operating systems outside of their own hardware. In addition, iOS is designed to run on processors with Apple designed architecture, therefore certain instructions may not be executed by other processors such as Qualcomm or Huawei processors.
