How do I fix flashing and pixelated gray screen in Windows 10?

If it is a laptop, install the drivers for that laptop, reinstall windows, if not it is a problem with the video of your laptop, if desktop computer you have the same tests above, if you have additional graphics card try removing card and connect monitor in video connector that brings motherboard, and another would be testing monitor on another computer to rule out monitor.
If nothing results consult Microsoft page.

I recommend that you take your equipment to a specialised technician. I don't think it's that easy to fix. Especially if it's a laptop. It sounds like the screen needs to be replaced.

Then, based on that information, you'll need to update, revert or uninstall the display driver or uninstall the application.
