My WhatsApp web is not working. I am using Chrome on my Windows 8.1 laptop, and the internet speed is fine. I opened web.whatsapp.com and the QR code doesn't load. how can I fix it?

Close all whatsapp web sessions but from the phone application, after that you can log in again
Have you tried closing the open sessions from your mobile? If you have a different one open, it will not let you scan the QR.
