In the hardware manager you can look at the model and google it. You can also open the cover and look at it directly.
Quick and easy: Open the start menu and look for the program Defragment and optimise drives. Run it.
The program will list the drives you have installed, and under media type it will tell you if it's a solid state drive or a traditional hard drive.
