Cracks can have malicious code in them. I don't know KMSPico so I can't tell you if this is the case. And even if it wasn't dangerous there could be hacked versions of that software.
On the other hand, non-legal versions of Windows could stop working if MS wanted them to, not receive updates, or have other problems.
I don't like Windows, but if I needed it I'd buy a PC that includes it pre-installed. There are many brands and prices to choose from: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, etc.
