I can't log in to Kali Linux after installing it, how can I log in?

You should take note of the password you created for your primary user. If you created one, sure... you could try user sudo/root (try one of the two) and password like toor/root/sudo (try all three)
And as a suggestion a good software setup and installation habit is to manage the passwords you enter on your computer.
Last alternative(?) I would take longer with the question by trying to explain other methods ### but better to reinstall the system and take note of your passwords.
Friend no offence, don't you think that if you are asking this question and setting up a distro clearly based for security issues, you could solve it yourself. Now if you are just starting out with Linux I don't think Kali is the best choice for this, you could try another distro that suits your needs more.
