Greetings.
Basically you won't have access to some updates and system options.
Plus the annoying windows has not been activated message.

That you can not change the theme colours, or customize it to your liking, whenever you try to do something related to customize the operating system will not let you and will remind you that you have to activate it,
I do not know if more things happen because I do not usually have them unactivated, to work an operating system that I will not activate I prefer to put linux XDD, besides I think there will be more security risks logically,
