How can I repair a memory in Windows in raw format?

A raw format is a way of saying that the format is not recognised. Every storage system has an index that tells you where everything is, if that index is corrupted then the system cannot be recognised. You can try the windows fdisk command which fixes some simple problems but is not very effective.
You will have to search the internet for specialised software, there are free ones which are frankly bad and there are paid ones which are the ones that work.

It is possible through Fedora Linux, there is a program called GParted, with that program I have been able to repair some USB flash drives with RAW format, it is very easy to use, you can find some tutorials on Google and Youtube, I hope it will help you.
