Without ruling out the other answers, I can tell you that there are multiple executable commands in the Windows folders on your operating system. If you go in from Run, cmd, you'll get the original black Windows DOS window. Then, type in the root, C:> each of the following folders or directories C:/Windows/system32, C:/Windows/system wow64 and in each of them, in separate sequences, type dir *.exe then the executable commands will be listed. If you type dir *.com then the executable commands will be listed.
