You will need to contact Microsoft and ask them to consider you for a software reseller licence, I imagine you will have to meet some requirements, such as your line of business, share capital, be a commercially accredited and solvent company. If Office Depot, Liverpool, Palacio de hierro and Office Max sell licenses, you may be able to do the same.

You can make a partnership request at Angeles Media - Cloud Technology so they can give you access to the customer portal and you can sell the different Microsoft product ranges from Software and Licensing to cloud products such as Azure, Office 365, Dynamics, etc.
