I have a hard disk almost full, which is a 128Gb SSD. I have a 1Tb HDD, which is almost empty, what should I do to prevent the hard drive from getting full?

Transfer all those read files you don't need from your ssd, I would dedicate in your case the ssd only for system usage and everything else to the hd.
Hi. what I do, is to see if the software you have installed on the disk, has a portable version, if so you can put the portable on the larger disk, and create a shortcut on the desktop, most small applications have portable version
You could uninstall the programs you use the least and reinstall them on the HDD. You could also move your downloads folder and photos and videos to the HDD, leaving the SSD for the operating system and frequently used applications or those that need very fast disk access.
I'd also say that no matter how much you have an SSD, if you're low on RAM, it's not going to do you much good.
