Why won't my HP DC7900 PC boot with a Mac OS X flash drive? I made a flash drive with Mac OS X Yosemite and when I select USB boot it skips it and continues with Windows. Using the same flash drive on Dell PCs.

Adding on to the previous answer, and assuming your HW is MacOS compatible, there are a few steps to take before the system can boot. Detailed information for each operating system can be found at http://hackintosh.org/
Apple's Mac OS X operating system does not run on just any PC. In principle it only works on Apple hardware.
It also works unofficially on PCs with hardware specially selected to be compatible with Mac OS X, with a modified version of the operating system and boot. This set of hardware and software is called a 'Hackintosh' (because it is a 'hacked' Macintosh).
