Wamp + SSL Certificate

I was able to install the Openssl certificate in Wamp. But I have a question and if you can help me, I'll be grateful: When installing, in the browser appeared a safe navigation (Green padlock). So far, so good. When trying to access the machine that installed the certificate through another machine, or a smartphone through the IP of the machine, the response on the smartphone and on the other machine was unsecured browsing, ie, outside the machine that was installed the certificate did not it's recognized. Is it possible to resolve this error? Is the certificate setup, in Wamp or possibly on the network?
