Is there any way to shorten the process time of requesting Api with PHP?

When you consume an API, you are consuming an external service, if it is taking a long time, it is because the service is either in trouble or it takes time. There is no way for you to improve on consumption that is not yours.
So the answer is no, there is no way to slow down something that is not yours.
I hope you have understood, and sadly, services will take such a long time.
