I created all the integration code, including generating the XML signed by the digital certificate and apparently everything is correct with the code, but when I use it, I get a return XML with the 1402 O CPF/CNPJ da assinatura da mensagem XML não tem acesso ao Tomador de Serviços

You will put the CNPJ of the recipient in most cases and yourself. Using your digital certificate (from the recipient in case and yourself) will do the process quoted above. Manifestation and Distribution.
Why do I need demonstration and distribution?
Manifest: You confirm that the NFe was actually issued to you. In other words you say to the sefaz: If this NF-e was actually issued for min, okay? (Manifestation of confirming "Science of Operation")
Distribution: it does a distribution by the nf-e key or by the nsu depends on the case.
