There is an object that is lighter than Trectangle and can apply background color,

I'm using firemonkey (FMX) and I made a list of times with TRectangle and label, because using ListView it does not look very pretty. Home It turns out that when there are a lot of records (something around 20), it can not open on time and it's a catch. It would have another lighter element to use in place of TRectangle ?
