Android Webview

(I'm not a programmer, I'm learning) Problem: I have a website (cms type) that uploads an image. So to make it easy for my users, I created an Android (apk) -WebView that prints the responsive view of my site on my mobile phone screen. My users can log in, send text forms, comment on posts ... the only thing that is not working is uploading images (I click the button and nothing happens). Can someone please instruct me on how to solve this?
