ionic synchronization offile

Good afternoon ... I need to develop an ionic app that is offline (pouchDB) and when I had a connection to the local network in my case (wifi) to integrate with the server that in my case would be a central tablet and the Other tablets would communicate with it as far as I know there is the couchDB plus it is used on server and in my case the server would a tablet how to do this? how to install couchDB on a tablet? or is there other ways?
