I would like to know if you can receive entries through the WhatsApp web browser application to process these entries (messages) in a web service.

Contextualized scenario:

Pedrinho is a freelance cook who does marketing his work through the WhatsApp application, through this channel he sends daily meals that will be available the next day and people who are interested tend to manifest themselves through messages of type yes or no the day before.

I thought about developing a solution that would receive yes and no type of client inputs via the WhatsApp interface and send those inputs to a server web site in order to account for the intentions.

But the main question is whether this communication between the web platform and whatsapp application can be made or whether it is allowed. As far as I've read, many application communication APIs with third-party software are not well accepted by the owners, because of spam.

Can anyone tell if this is possible? if so, which way should I go to achieve this goal?
