Auto-fill tables

Work in the training sector in the Treasury Department. I am setting up a simple fill-in guide for the training of sector secretaries.

Theideaisthis:

Thesectorsecretaryselectsthedesiredtrainingfroma"Desired Course" drop-down list and the "general training objectives" would be automatically filled in according to the selection made above. It's like a Y-padding based on the X choice.

Sorry if it's a silly question, but I'm really breaking the bough in this Data area.
