Convert project to maven with EAR, what better way?

Hello,Iwouldliketoknowwhatwouldbethebestwaytoconvertthisprojecttomavensothatitcanrecognize"shared.war", "facede.jar" and be bundled as ".ear". I've done some conversions but never with .EAR, could you help me?
