How to work with repeated measure for the same individual with the R

0

Dear colleagues, I am looking for help to generate an analysis in R. I am starting to use the software. I have a set of data and investigated the following: whether the effect of interaction between different sizes of a fish species - "large" and "small" sizes - can affect feed height on slats arranged in tanks.  I also inserted another species of fish with a standardized size to see interspecific interaction. The treatments are separate focal, example: 1- large focal fish alone. The other treatments are peer-to-peer: 2- large focal fish with another large fish and 3- same large focal fish with a small fish. 4- large focal fish with fish of another species. The same scheme is replicated for small focal fish.

Obs1: The same species pxs are not brothers.

Obs2: During the tests some focal fish of both sizes were not the blades this left vacant cells in the data table.

What analysis can I use for repeated measurements of the same animal (focal pxs)?

How to deal with missing data in the table (missing data)? Imputation?
