Emmet Plugin does not work inside html tags

Good. I just installed emmet plugin in WebStorm, and it works fine, except when I try to use emmet inside a tag for example, where neither the suggestions nor live templates appear as they should. When I see someone using the plugin they do not have this problem. Any idea? Thanks.
