IP barred in blacklist

I have an ip that was barred on a blacklist. The message that appears in zabbix is as follows: "xxx.xx.xx.xxx Listed in dnsbl.othello.ch" . Where xxx.xx.xx.xxx would be ip.

Do you know how I can remove this IP from this spam list?
