I'm trying to do a gene prediction analysis, however when I try to do plotRiskscorePredrisk , the following error appears:
Error in riskScore (weights = riskmodel, data = predict_card, cGenPreds = cGenPred,: The risk model does not contain all genetic variants as predictors
Could anyone help me?
