I have the following situation. I made a default installation of SQL SERVER Reporting Services 2012 and followed the steps in this link to perform the first basic configuration of accesses. link
After this tutorial, I accessed the reporting sevices in Internet Explorer and the properties button for the items is normally displayed as below
Howeverwhenaccessingthesameaddress,withthesameuseronthesamemachinetherightbuttonisnotdisplayed. 
The address is already registered as trusted sites.
