Graphical interface for R

Hello! I need to create a graphical interface capable of running ready-made R scripts and look for suggestions of which tools I can use. The scripts are complex and basically serve to render images via satellites. The interface would be quite simple, with a button for each script. So far I've only tried working with Java, through an integration between the two languages, using RServe, which is a TCP / IP, but did not get as good results as expected.
